High efficiency continuous rotary motion solution
Mespack HCRM660 is an automatic horizontal rotary packaging equipment which can run with high format flexibility from 100 to 285mm pouch width. It is also easy to operate, quick changeover from HMI, which means fewer downtimes. (Sealing jaws, coder, dies, and pouch grippers adjustment).

The automatic quick changeover is controlled by servo and can easily be performed by HMI. Furthermore, it avoids operator errors during the changeover process.
The automatic reel splicing system is designed to eliminate roll change downtime. It allows you to change running web rolls without stopping production.
A quick changeover reduce material waste when the format is changed. Both automatic and mechanic quick changeovers can reduce time, film waste, energy and avoid human error. It can reduce up to 20-40% in changeover time compared to manual changeover.
