Compact solution with filling capacity up to 900 c.c.
Mespack H150 has been designed following company standards of simplicity and robustness. It is a HFFS machine designed to produce medium sized flat sachet pouches.
Being able to produce up to 900 c.c. pouches, this equipment is indicated for frozen foods, prepared foods, sauces & condiments, in powder or liquid, beverages, dried fruits, snacks, confectionaries, dry mixes, etc.
Thanks to its versatility, it is very simple and fast to install multiple accessories and applications on demand to meet any specific packaging need.

The automatic quick changeover is controlled by servo and can easily be performed by HMI. Furthermore, it avoids operator errors during the changeover process.
The automatic reel splicing system is designed to eliminate roll change downtime. It allows you to change running web rolls without stopping production.
A quick changeover reduce material waste when the format is altered. The preparation of a pouch format change requires not only time, but also film and energy consumption. Both automatic and mechanic quick changeovers will reduce time, film, and energy. It is a tool-free and user-friendly operation.
