The Mespack Hydroforma Series is a range of high-speed packaging machines designed for the production of water-soluble pods and unit-dose products. It offers high productivity, reduced footprint, fast changeovers, and advanced dosing technologies for liquids, powders, or hybrid applications.

Depending on the model and application, the Hydroforma Series can achieve production speeds of up to 2,400 pods per minute, making it one of the highest-output solutions available for water-soluble pod manufacturing.

The Hydroforma Series can manufacture single-chamber pods as well as multi-chamber configurations, including two-, three-, four-, and five-chamber designs. These formats can contain liquids, powders, or combinations of both.

Multi-chamber pods allow different ingredients to remain separated until use. This improves product stability, enables more complex formulations, and provides enhanced performance for applications such as laundry and dishwashing detergents.

The Hydroforma Series is commonly used for laundry detergents, dishwasher detergents, surface cleaners, disinfectants, water treatment chemicals, agrochemicals, and other unit-dose applications. It can also be adapted for personal care and selected food applications such as protein pods.

The Hydroforma Series works with water-soluble films such as Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVOH). These materials are widely used for unit-dose applications and support sustainability initiatives through their biodegradability characteristics.
