The HKM Series is an innovative horizontal form, fill and seal solution built on Mespack’s carrousel technology. Developed to expand the range of horizontal roll‐stock systems, this platform operates in continuous motion and is designed to form pouches directly from film with high precision and stable transport. Suitable for liquids, powders, granules, and solids, the HKM Series ensures reliable forming, efficient dosing, and consistent sealing performance while maintaining a compact footprint and quick changeover.

Carrousel Transport System
The Mespack mechanical carrousel system has intermittent or continuous motions to perform the filling process. Furthermore, and subsequently, the machine operates at a higher speed, allowing for more volume dosing.
Roll‐Stock Forming Section for Multiple Pouch Styles
The Ultra Quick Changeover system enables automatic, servo‐driven format adjustments directly through the HMI, allowing format changes in as little as one minute without changing funnels.
Mespack Grippers Management System with Automatic Quick Changeover in Carrousel
The grippers width of all Mespack Grippers Management (MGMS) System is adjustable from the HMI. Auto-positioning of all the machine’s rear grippers allows for perfect clearance of the filling area, as well as adequately cleaned and sanitized.
