Built on Mespack’s pioneering electronic carrousel system, the HKE roll‐stock platform synchronizes independently servo‐driven stations to adapt speed at each phase, maximizing productivity up to 130 pouches per minute in duplex. Its fully de‐synchronized motion delivers fast format changeovers from 16 minutes, enabling high efficiency across diverse pouch styles. A compact, modular layout with integrated electrical cabinet, advanced unwinder, recyclable‐ready forming section, and Athena‐based recipe control ensures stable operation, reduced setup time, and reliable performance in demanding environments.

The electronic carrousel system features asynchronous, servo‐driven motion that optimizes each station independently. Pouch width, shrink and stretch are fully adjustable through the HMI, ensuring precise format control. Once gripped, the pouch remains fixed throughout the transport path, guaranteeing stable handling and accurate alignment across all stations.
Ultra Quick-Changeover
The Ultra Quick Changeover system enables automatic, servo‐driven format adjustments directly through the HMI, allowing format changes in as little as one minute without changing funnels.
Advanced Gripper System
The machine’s gripper system ensures a stable, secure hold throughout every station, maintaining pouch position from start to finish. With long‐life, maintenance‐free springs and no‐grease bearings, the grippers provide reliable, hygienic handling. Available in fixed or retractable versions, they minimize spillage risk and support smooth in‐line insertion and extraction for precise, consistent pouch control.
