High production fully servo motorized stick pack solution
The high production VFFS multilane stick pack machine MS 1000 ranges, depending on the width of the stick pack, from 4 lanes up to 16 lanes of packaging power covering all production needs, from low to high end.
It is perfect for forming, filling, and sealing stick packs of various products such as liquids, powders and granulates. For this, Mespack takes advantage of all the technology of horizontal machines and applies it to this new concept of vertical filling.

Due to the easy opening design of sealing jaws, the machine maintenance can be performed with ease.
The full servo motorized solution gives you more coordinating control of the equipment’s movements. The independent control of each group also allows for the increase of speed and ability to reach 80 cycles per minute.
Our vertical machines have the individual exist chute with reject possibility. It makes us to save the material waste.
Apart of the main film driven system, our MS Serie has got an additional servo driven pulling unit in the unwinder
