The compact cartoners are intermittent horizontal cartoners engineered for the efficient bundling and packing of sachets and stick packs, automating secondary packaging operations to ensure repeatability and significantly reduce manual handling. Their synchronized loading system introduces the product directly into pre-formed cases, maintaining high filling accuracy at elevated speeds. As a result, the machine delivers increased production capacity, consistent performance, and minimized downtime while occupying a compact footprint on the factory floor.
The use of servo-driven axes and an optional hot-melt sealing system ensures a stable, high-quality final package. Driven by the primary packaging machine, which controls the entire line, the system ensures centralized operation. Optionally, an HMI interface with the integrated Athena platform can be incorporated into the primary packaging machine, providing intuitive control and real-time monitoring.
