The fastest continuous motion packaging solution
Mespack HCM420 is the fastest and most flexible solution which has incorporated the patented pouch transport system: the new Mespack Grippers Management System (MGMS). This revolutionary system enables the change-over of the carrousel system in less than 5 minutes through the touch screen.
The continuous HFFS machine is available as a fully automatic FFS configuration in dual and triplex versions or as a FS execution for pre-made pouches.

The automatic quick changeover is controlled by servo and can easily be performed by HMI. Furthermore, it avoids operator errors during the changeover process.
The automatic reel splicing system is designed to eliminate roll change downtime. It allows you to change running web rolls without stopping production.
A quick changeover reduce material waste when the format is changed. Both automatic and mechanic quick changeovers can reduce time, film waste, energy and avoid human error. It can reduce up to 20-40% in changeover time compared to manual changeover.
