The high-production 4-Up equipment for big pouches up to 160mm pouch width and 220 pouches per minute
Mespack H640 4-up solution for form-fill-seal pouches with a maximum width of 160mm; output of 220 flat pouches per minute. This machine is specially designed for the food industry. It is best suited for a variety of product types, such as liquids, powders, solids, and pieces. Different applicators and options can be integrated into this machine, including tear notches, hole punches, round edges, euro holes, etc.

The automatic quick changeover is controlled by servo and can easily be performed by HMI. Furthermore, it avoids operator errors during the changeover process.
A special compensator unit is designed to transform the continuous unwinder motion film into a smooth forming module intermittent motion. This group is responsible for setting the appropriate tension and film alignment, while acting, at the same time, as a film lung.
A quick changeover reduce material waste when the format is changed. Both automatic and mechanic quick changeovers can reduce time, film waste, energy and avoid human error. It can reduce up to 20-40% in changeover time compared to manual changeover.
A special gripper is designed in order to grip a high-weight pouch, the pouch is held by two points instead of one.
The automatic reel splicing system is designed to eliminate roll change downtime. It allows you to save up to 5 to 10 minutes each 2 hours of production.
